Extreme Itching Around The Hood Above The Clitoris. No Discharge. All Tests Normal. No Relief From Any Anti-itch, Anti Fungal Creams. Any Ideas?

i currently have extreme itching around the hood above the clitoris, with no discharge or itching anywhere else. I have been tested for BV, yeast, std's, tric, and basically anything they could think of and it's all negative. I've used terconazole, fluconazole, and nystatin and triamcinolone acetonide cream. I've also tried Vaseline, hydrocotizone cream, and unscented lotions. I also use unscented and hypoallergenic detergents and soaps now, and nothing seems to work. This has been going on for 2 months, with no answers and the doctors seemed stumped. What could it be?

Dear user, welcome to healthcare magic.
You should be examined very carefully and if nothing found , you should be examined under the magnification of a colposcope with the possibility of taking a small punch biopsy for histopathological examination. If every thing is normal, I usually suggest the following to my patients:
Avoid wearing tight and synthetic clothes. Wear loose cotton underwear, which should be changed at least once a day, keep the place dry especially after washing in the bathroom. Stop all drugs, and I can only prescribe antihistamine for severe itching.
