Extreme Shortness Of Breath, Weakness In Legs. Caused By Clonidine Taken For High BP?

I have been having extreme shortness of breath for about the last 2 months even with little exertion. I am taking 0.2mg Clonidine three times a day for my high blood pressure. I was taking 0.1mg and increased it to the 0.2mg apprx 5 months ago. I also have weakness in my legs. Could it be the Clonidine? My blood pressure is still too high.

Thank for choosing HCM
There are numbers of safe anti-hypertensive drugs are available, why you are taking Clonidine, if you have associated anxiety depression then this can be manage separably, your problems are not directly related with Clonodine, but nothing to loose in changing the drug, may give you relief from the symptoms you have, Have nice Day.
