Hello Thanks for writing to H.C.M. for your query. I have gone through your medical history,and as you said that you have lumps on your collor bones both sides possibly of lymph nodes. You are telling that your both ears and head is painfull. this indicates acute infection possibly in sinuses and neck and because of acute infection the draining nodes on neck are swollen. After C.T.scan, M.R.I. and ultrasonography you are now being referred to onchologist and you are worried about cancer. You should not be disturbed so much because it is very unlikely to have cancer on both side of neck at clavicular region, by history it appears to be infective but exceptions are everywhere so please go for examination by onchologist and possibly for FNAC from lump to know about the real pathology.
