Eye Injury With Mascara Brush. Watering, Burning, Redness, Soreness. Should I Be Worried?

2 days ago I bumped my eye with my mascara brush accidentally. No big deal.. Just watering of the eye. But the next day my eye was hurting and burning. Then I noticed the white of my eye in that place was bright red. The burning has subsided but the eye is sore. Should I be worried or just wait a day or two more for it to heal?
