Eye Redness, White Pus On Inside Corner, Crust Formation. Causes And Treatment?
Hi, Starting two days ago one of my eyes became red (and sort of veiny looking). It did not itch . Last night I noticed there was a little bit of white puss on the inside corner and on the white of my eye nearby. The eye burned a little bit. I had been wearing a contact lens in it but removed it yesterday evening. Last night when I slept it got a bit crusty. The other eye began looking a bit similar last night too. Thanks
it seems u have conjuctivitis..so please maintain hygine,, avoid sharing hankies and towels, wash yr hands ..with dettol/savlon ..use dark goggles, u may use ciprofloxacin/ofoxacin eye drops after consulting an eye physician..every 15 min for 4 times then every 1 hourly while awake and use its ointment at the bed time inside the eye..use it till the infection subsides as yr doc says so..otherwise chances of recurrence would be there..
have a nice day..
avoid use of contact lens till the infection is there..
