Eyes Paining, Red, Watery After Sleeping With Contacts. How To Rectify?

i slept with my contacts in saturday night, all day sunday it was fun, but when i woke up monday it hurt a tiny bit and was really red.. when i woke up today it hurt VERY bad. its really red, cant look at the light, and keeps watering. Im not sure if its the contacts or allergies, because it came with a runny nose and a cough

Dear user
You should never sleep with contact lenses. all your symptoms like watering, redness, not able to see the light indicate some sort of damage to cornea. This needs to be evaluated further so please contact near by eye doctor at the earliest and till then do not use contact lenses.
