Facial Hair Growth, Pimples And Easy Orgasm After Undergoing Total Hysterectomy. Is This A Side Effect?

hi I had a total hysterectomy in july this year (still have ovarys cervix gone) and I feel like a new woman! I am 34yrs but i have 3 new issues.1) I now get thrush easyly this is new I would get it once in a blue moon.I get randomly and after sex( and yes Im doing all the normal things to stop getting it)
2) I am always breaking out in pimples all the time and they are genrally on my forhead they are big and yellow heads
3) I feel also that i have got now a light fluffy hair over my jaw, neck, top lip,chin

Thanks for the query.

You might have developed these symptoms due to hormonal imbalance.

In the absence of uterus, ovary produce abnormal hormones.

These hormones cause facial hair growth and pimples.
