Facing Problem Of High BP

I am facing problem of High Blood pressure from last 3 days. i had no such problem previosly. My age is 31 years only How i can control BP with out medicine

You need not to worry as I will definitely help you.
1) You should not take stress
2) Take low salt diet
3) Take potassium rich diet like oranges, bananas etc
4) You should do Bhramari pranayam, udgeeth pranayam, meditation, shavasan, which you learn from any yoga expert.
5) Take papaya and apricot daily in your diet
If you have very high BP, then I should recommend to take medicines along with the steps mentioned above

A person is said to be hypertensive when the blood pressure recorded in morning as well as evening for consecutive at least 3-4 days or even a week is seen to be high;then you need to start medicine which the doctor does.There are factors which can give rise to BP temporarily like:-mental or physical stress;loss of sleepand keeping up late overnight;type-A personality (drinking ;smoking;excessive fat rich food or junk food and sedentary lifestyle);fear ;anxiety;being few causative factors.
Get examined and check your BP regularly twice a day for a couple of days and consult a Physician.In the mean time see if there is any disturbing factor as listed here and try to control all habits which can cause problem.If the BP is constantly high then you will need to take madicine and do regular exercise to control BP.

welcome to the healthcare magic forum,physiologically Blood pressure is a bit raised in extremes of the day i.e morning and evening and when you are stressede out or worried about something.
to control Blood pressure , you should follow this.----------
1.limit the use of oil and salt ,esp no table salt..
2.have simple food,avoid heavy diets full mof oil and ghee,seasones foods and non-veg items .
3.walk daily in the morning for at least 40 mins and follow some aerobic exercises.
4.avoid smoking and undue stress .

if you have regular high BP then change in lifestlye and food habit is necessary to consider.If you are heavy weight please maintain your weight.Please Choose a diet that includes plenty of fruits and vegetables. Keep total fat low and avoid foods containing high fats. Have a low salt intake and please stop drinking alcohol and smoking habit.One of the best way is yoga. pranayam and medication is very beneficial for you. Some herbs like sarpagandha, arjuna, gokshura, punarnava is very useful.
Please keep on monitoring your blood pressure time to time

Dear,
If your parents are hypertensive then you will have to be watchful. Otherwise less of salt keeping abdomen free from gas and mind free from tension is must. Without internal medicine I have seen instant good results with shirodhara and meditation and shav asan.

Hi,

Following are some home remedies to deal with high blood pressure -

· Bananas, dry apricots, orange juice, raisins, spinach, winter squash and boiled potatoes (with skin) help in reducing blood pressure. Add 3-4 servings of vegetables and potassium rich fruits to your diet.

· Add more Vitamin B folate to your diet. You can find it in cereals, whole grain breads and sprouts.

· Maintain the cholesterol level in your blood. Always use good mustard seeds or canola oil.

· Consume fat free dairy foods. The calcium present in the skimmed milk prevents high blood pressure. Drink at least 2 cups of skimmed milk daily.


· Papaya is very good for controlling blood pressure. Eat at least half papaya on empty stomach. Don’t eat anything for two hours after that.

you did not mention your blood pressure values here. still believing you its a high blood pressure. you should immediately consult good physician around you and start treatment(that your doctor will decide). this early step will help you to stay away from future heart and other hypertension related complications. so take it as an alarm signal and do it right now.
other things you can follow: you should minimize your salt intake in diet, try to avoid stress in your life and be relax, get rid of obesity if you have and don't have sedentary life style, keep your body moving and fit.

**hypertension is caused mainly due to accumulation of toxins in blood and tissues, poor digestion or nutrition,imbalance of nervous system, physical or mental stress due to disruption of natural biological rhythm.
*The main herbs used by to reduce blood pressure include sarpagandha,Arjuna, Punarnava,Rose extracts etc.Dhara or medicated oil massage for head is beneficial in pacifying mind and reducing blood pressure.
