Fair Skin, Freckles, Skin Redness, Sun Burn
I have a fair complextion (w/ freckles), but for the past 2 to 3 years my skin has been looking more red. Everyone asks me if I have been out in the sun but actually I hardly go out in the sun because I get sunburned easily. What would cause this? This happens whether it is winter or summer time. It doesn t itch and it s not painful. In fact, I don t even notice it until someone makes a comment to me. Pleae help me understand.

Hello,thanks for the query.I wish to tell you this kind of problems are common in people with fair complexion.
Always use a good medicated sunscreen even at home,sitting in front of air conditioner etc.
Avoid going in sun.Use shade and sun guard.Nothing to worry about.I am here for future follow ups

Redness on face due to sun exsposure..,
it is due to intolerance of skin on sun exposure..,
Bcoz here Melanocytes in fair complex individuals..
have more sensitivity to UV spectrum..So on exposure .,
these melanocytes react and produce redness.,
Hence follow...
1) Morning times SUNSCREEN LTION on face.,SUNBAN, SUNCOTE SPF 50
2) Mild steriod like Momentasome on affected part.,night times
3) Tab..cetrizine daily night times..,
4)Avoid sun exposure as much as possible..
