Fallen On Back And Hit Head. Feeling Heavy Headed With Blurred Vision. X-ray Showed Back Bone Out Of Place

i just had a fall a month ago, just recently i started experiencing heavy headed, vision being blurred. i fell on my back and also hit my head. X rays to my back was clear but i feel my back bone being out of place??? is there any relation to the two??? i sometimes become breathless my stomach gets numb every now and again???

Hi, fall with injury to the head means there should be an injury to the brain, as there is a possibility of force on the head. Though there is no present symptom i advise you to consult a neurosurgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an M.R.I. for confirmation or to exclude the injury. Thank you.
