Vitamin D deficiency may not present with any signs and symptoms at all. In some cases persons may experience muscle aches and joint pains because of the effect of the deficiency on the bones.
It is not normally associated with decreased energy.
You may want to check your hemoglobin level to assess for anemia and also thyroid function. Decreased levels of thyroid hormone levels can be associated with fatigue.
I hope this helps
