Fatigue, Weight Loss, Lack Of Erection, Premature Ejaculation, Mood Swings. No Diabetes, Healthy Lifestyle. Help
I am a 45 year old male and I have over the last few months been feeling tired but it is now at the stage where I have weight loss, lack of erection when trying to make love to my wife or weak erection with immediate ejaculation. Besides this I have mood swings and feel tired most of the day.
I am fit and usually swim 5 miles a week. I am not diabetic and have no drug or alcohol issues. I am a fine specimen or was,! I drink socially at weekends and have never smoked
Hello, Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum. One thing keep in mind that your age is 45 years and in this there is decrease in testosterone hormone , so natural some weakness of sex and erection , so please don't take undue tension. Weight loss is cause of concern. In my opinion you have some sort of stress ( may be workload ) & tension , so please get rid of this. 2nd point for sex , no doubt you re healthy ,but still you have to consult a psychiatrist and get his opinion regarding sex problems as this is a psychogenic problem. Good luck. Dr. HET
Hi Mood swings is the most important word for you. the kind of fitness schedule you follow is very good indeed . Men with reduced testosterone will have symptoms resembling depression but it will be progressive. I think you have some periods characterized by low mood, low in energy, problem in erection and reduced desire to have sex, not feeling like doing anything alternating with time when you feel much better and jocular, swim a lot etc. If the symptoms are worrying in deed, please consult a local psychiatrist for evaluation good luck DR SAATIISH JHUNTRRAA
