Feel A Warm Sensation In My Left Testicle. It Is Little Higher. Don't Smoke, Drink. Hernia?
hello dr I have this heavy sensation in my lower left abdominal and its a warm sensation ,and I can feel it in my left testicle and along the side of my left leg as well . my left testicle seems to be a little higher than the other one and a little swollen. I don't drink or smoke. not really painful just pressure and warm sensation. more uncomfortable and I also have been urinating a lot..im thinking its a hernia but I would like your opinion .

You need proper clinical examination and investigations.
You should be properly evaluated by surgeon.
Normally two testis are at different levels.
There may be various reasons for your symptoms.
Causes may be hernia,varicocele,hydrocele etc.
Palpation and ultrasound can diagnose the condition correctly.
