Hi welcome to health care magic, I am sorry about your previous loss and congrats on this pregnancy
During the first trimester it is difficult to predict which pregnancies will result in a
miscarriage because at this stage they tend to result from chromsomal defects, once you make it past the first trimester then the likelihood of carrying the baby to term increases unless some other problem exists.
If you are feeling ok today then that is good.
Some early normal pregnancy symptoms:
fatigue,
nausea ,headache,tender breasts,
frequent urination, low back ache.
Signs of problems would be vaginal bleeding ( in early pregnacy bleeding can occur because of
implantation of the embryo) and persistant abdominal cramps.
If you develop any of these then you should visit your doctor as soon as possible.
Because of your previous miscarraige, your doctor will likely monitor you closely this may consist of frequent visits and ultrasounds.
You should try to consume a healthy diet and if your doctor approves exercise that it appropiate for pregancy like walking.
I hope this information is helpful to you and wish you a healhty baby
