Feel Pressure In Chest, Pain In Upper Abdomen And Breathing Difficulty While Holding The Baby And Without. Is It Muscle Pull?
Hi, I had my baby 3 months ago. Well I was never strong. I was a skinny tiny girl . Im 16. And well for the last few days I feel like she got heavier and whenever I hold her I cant breath and I get pain in my upper abdominal between my ribs and chest pain . And when im not holding her I get those pains too. I also feel like pressure on my chest now even when im not holding her. Does it sound like a pulled muscle?
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
Your symptoms are more likely due to calcium and vitamin D 3 deficiency. During pregnancy and lactation, such problems are a common thing. Avoid lifting heavy weights and consider taking the appropriate supplements for at least 3 months.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
