Feeling Difficulty In Throat While Swallowing And Noticed Pink Lump. How To Get Relief?

Hello, I have had a really painful throat. Everytime i swallow it feels like im swallowing glass. I looked at the back of my throat and I noticed its kind of pinkish orange with orangish pink lumps on the back. My left tonsil has a bright red vein on it. I have had coldsores before but like the 95% of the human population it has been on my lip. I do get canker sores very often. can you help me?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
You are suffering from acute pharyngitis which is often bacterial or sometimes viral infection leading to inflammation of the mucuous membrane lining the throat. your peritonsillar crypts seems to have inflammed.
I suggest you to start with an antibiotic course of Augmentin 625mg along with NSAIDs serratiopeptidase tablet twice daily for about 5 days.
Gargling with lukewarm saline water or antiseptic mouth rinse like chlorhexidine mouthwash 3 to 4 times daily will give soothing effect.
