I have been having dizzy spells or spells where I feel like I am falling accompanied by fatigue. I also have been experiencing a strong sense of smells which both the smells & dizzy spells make me nauseous. The dizzy spells seems to be worse when I am laying down or closing my eyes.

You need to first consult your cardiologist and make sure that your heart and circulation are normal Then you need to consult your Neurosurgeon This has to be attended at first
