Hi yesterday morning I walked up to the chiropractic ofice and worked out there then walked down to the store to get somethings and was feeling kind of dizzy I got home and sat down and everything went white and I couldn't see anything and so I was gonna lay down and had to use the rr first so I got up walked and felt my way towards th bathroom turned to grab the bathroom door frame fell back hit my head on the dor to the storage room hit the floor and then crawled back to the bed and went to sleep. And I was wondering what could cause these symptoms

The most likely cause of these symptoms could have been dehydration that led to a drop in blood pressure as most of these symptoms are suggestive of a low blood pressure. Did you drink enough water during and after this workout? Did you sweat excessive? If you didn't drink enough water or sweated excessive, this would be the most likely cause. Always endeavor to increase fluid intake during exercise.
