Feeling Dizzy, Tired, Nausea, Vomitings. Unable To Keep Anything Down. Medical Help Required?

Hi yes ihave been experiencing something never before. four days now I have felt dizzy,tired,with nausea i can not keep anything down not even liquids. i have been drinking gatorade, but that does not stay. No fever i just want cold things, but can not keep down like fruits. I have been vommiting today 6 x should i go to hospital.

It is likely that you have gastroenteritis . This is usually viral though it can be caused by bacteria as well.

The most important part of gastroenteritis is fluid management, that means it is important to avoid dehydration.

Your will not be able to tolerate alot of fluids at one time. You should consider using very small amounts at one time. Start with 1 to 2 tbs every few minutes for an hour. If you tolerate this amount then you can increase it.

You also need to rest and can consider using an antiemetic to reduce the vomiting.
