Feeling Headache While Holding Urine For Sometime. Reason?
when i hold urine i feel head ache. 5 or 6 weeks ago very often i felt to pass urine just within 10 15 minutes. consulted a doctor took fbs and urine test . no problem. then took a urine culture for checking germs. no problem. now i feel to pass urine within one or one and half hour, also when i slightly feel to pass urine and if hold i get head ache and some sort of pain like on my chest and wrist or hand.

It may be due to fluid over load, diabets, or renal problem. Get done GTT, urine routine and renal function test once to rule out any pathology. Take regular food rich in fruits and vegitables and do routine out door exercises. Yoga may be help ful. Stop smooking if smooker. Follow these advice and if no improvement in a week get back to us with the above investigations. Consult your doctor for further examination and management.
