Hi,I am Neethu Vipin (Dietitian & Nutritionist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
For the past several weeks, have a light headed feeling that comes and goes, but is getting worse. Today it s making me slightly nauscious. I m a 49 year old male. It seemed to begin after a month of beginning an exercise program. I started out slow and easy, and improved my diet, nothing radical. Also feel fatigued no matter how much rest I get. Some days are better than others; today is the worst it s been due to the slight nausea.
