Feeling Lightheaded After An Accident
my daughter was in a car accident (she was hit from behind while stopped at a red light) about 6 hours ago. Now she says that she is lightheaded. She did not go to the ER to be checked as advised. She doesn't have any other symptoms except being lightheaded. Should we be concerned?

I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here I would like to say you that in case of head injury it need to be kept under the observation till 48 hours this is the rule because any thing could happen during this time period so according to this she need to go to get done the clinical examination, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
