Feeling Low, Tiredness, Dizziness, Fainting Spells, Change In Facial Expression. On Treatment For Pneumothorax. Any Connection?

hey, I have been feeling really down lately, very tired, dizzy ness, nosebleeds and this morning i got a black out and just fainted. I've been treated for a pneumothorax last week so maybe it has something to do with this. my partner also says i am talking weird and that my facial expression looks different, small eyes and my mouth corners hanging down

From your history it seems that you might be having cerebro-vasculr accident or vascular insufficiency in your brain.
Go for blood pressure checking, it might be very high.
consult Neuro-physician and get examined.
