My foot feels like it has bubbles in it when it is relaxed and chill. Mostly while I am watching a movie on the couch or just trying to sleep. It doesnt hurt its just really really annoying. I tried to massage it out and that didnt work. I try and feel it when it happens and it goes away probably because its not in a relaxed phase anymore. What is going on. I want to go to the doctir but its kind of a ridiculous ailment.
Hi
Thanks for posting your query.
Bubbles means vesicles or blisters. On the foot it may occur as part of a disease called pompholyx.
there are so many reasons for this including occupational, contact, foot wear, more sweating, detergents etc. You have to consult a dermatologist and get patch tests done to know the exact cause, so that you can avoid in future if possible.
