Feeling Of Frequent Urination, Strong Urine Smell, Pimple In Labia. History Of Chlamydia. STD?

Hi. Just the last couple of days I felt like I have the urgency to pee. When I go in the morning I feel like I need to go again after 15 mins or so. Also, when I pee I feel like the smell is very strong. Not stinky but just very strong. This doesn't mean I have STD right? I also having pimple on my labia but that hasn't been much of an issue recently after I cleaned the area better.
I had Chlamydia before and back then I had that same urgency to pee. But this time I'm not having any spotting, peeing doesn't sting and last time it didn't have a strong smell like this. What could this be?

Hello dear,

The symptoms like urgency to pass urine & strong smell in urine suggests towards possibility of Urinary tract infection.

The treatment involves:
1. Drinking lots of water (it dilutes the urine & reduces the strong smell)
2. Antibiotics depending upon culture & sensitivity.
3. Analgesic like paracetamol 500 mg three times in a day can be added to take care of pain and fever (if any).

Investigations like Urine microscopy & culture will be helpful.

So, kindly consult an Urologist & start treatment accordingly.
One more thing...you should avoid acidic foods, carbonated drinks & maintain good hygiene.
There is no need to worry...you will perfectly alright after taking the course of antibiotics.
