Feeling Of Fullness While Eating Food, Unable To Swallow, Stomach Sore. Reason?

about 3 weeks ago while I was eating all of sudden I felt very full, and felt like I could not swallow the bite I was eating. Within seconds I had to vomit. I was feeling fine up to that point. Afterwards my stomach was sore. This past Monday right after I ate breakfast the same thing happened again. However, this time I did not vomit but felt like I was going to. At times I feel so bloated and feel like I just ate a big meal. I am 49. Try to eat healthy very little fried foods I eat fresh fruit and veg. I workout regularly.

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You need proper clinical examination and investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,RBS,LFT,RFT,Lipid profile,Ultrasound of abdomen,Upper GI endoscopy,Further investigations may be done if needed.
It seems that problem is related to gastrointestinal tract probably gastritis.
Treatment can be done after proper clinical examination and investigations reports.
At present you can take tablet pantoprazole 40 mg with domperidone combination twice daily for six weeks.
