Feeling Of Pulse In Stomach, Presence Of Lump And Chest Pain. What Could This Be?

Hello I m 17 years old female and for a while now I ve been having this pulse that s coming from my stomach above my belly button. It also has a lump on that area, could that mean something is wrong with me ? I also have chest pains almost everyday which are painful and comes unexpectantly. Please help me.

Hi...better get a usg of your abdonen...till then take cap XXXX 20 mg morning empty Stomach... and if you are very thin it is normal to feel pulsations over that area...
