Feeling Of Something Moving Inside Gum. Doctors Unable To Find Out Reason

Hello, I need your help. I have a sister who suffers from some sort of movement inside of her gums. She says if feels like worms are moving around inside her gums. We've taken her to the dentist, neorolgist and a regulary MD. They don't seem to have any answers. She's been suffering like this for quite a few years now and still no answers. My sister has been contimplating suicide because of this problem. No one seems to now what she has. Please help.
