Feeling Of Something Stuck In Lung After Sneezing. History Of Bleeding From Mouth And Choking After Deep Sea Dive. Recommend

Last semester when i had vacation, i used to dive a lot. But one day when I was swimming far away from the shore i decided to dive to reache the sand bellow, frankly it was about 13 meters and the pressure was intense even if i did pressure adjustment with my nose, i started bleeding from my mouth and started choucing blood. Any way i didnt go to the doctor and now several months later when i sneez i can feel something in my right loung. What do you recomend i do? Sorry for the spelling I´my mother thoung is not in english....

Thank you for asking. Dive that deep increases the atmospheric pressure on the body and sudden rising can result in troubles like that, even complications like Caissons disease or diver bends.
I am sure lungs have been affected or at least compromised abit because of excessive pressure As they are Adjusted t normal 760mmhg pressure of earth surface.

see the pulmonologist and seek out help . You will be fine
