Feeling Of Vibration In Stomach, Reoccurring. What Could Be This?
Lately I've been feeling a strange "vibration" in my abdomen. At first I thought my cell phone was in my front pocket on vibrate, but it wasn't that. It's very subtle and there isn't pain or anything, it's just weird. It's been happening several times throughout the day for the past week. It stops and starts a few times almost in a pattern. I've searched the internet and can't find anything about this unusual occurrence. I'm seeing my gynecologist next week and will ask her, but until then I'm really stumped about what could possibly cause this. Thank you for your help!
Hello, The stomach is a muscular, hollow, dilated part of the digestion system which functions as an important organ of the digestive tract. When you feel vibrating near your stomach and rib cage, this could be muscle spasms. If it is not painful, that's a good sign. Muscle spasm can arise due to so many reasons including Hyper acidity. Consult a Gastro enterologist and if needed do an upper GI endoscopy. Best wishes
