Hi, thanks for your query.Based on your profile & information provided, this might very well be an episode of Angina which is a condition preceding myocardial infarction (heart attack in lay mans language) I would like to know when do you feel these episodes? Classically angina episodes occur after physical exertion, sexual intercourse but can even occur while rest. Your age, male sex & smoking habit are certainly risk factors & hence you should immediately contact your doctor for getting cardiac evaluations like ECG, Treadmill testing etc. to evaluate your cardiac status. Best wishes
