Feeling Sick, Discomfort In Back Of Throat, Pain In Lungs, Thick Phlegm. What Should I Do?
hen i ent t bed 2 nights ago some one turned on my cooker hich is operated by bottled gas it was on 4 and half hours with no flame im feeling really sick ssince first it was back of my throat now today all down my lungs hurt and my stomach feels sick i tried to get sick but thick phylem is preventing me from getting sick what should i do
HI Thank for asking to HCM Just relax no need to worry, start taking steam inhalation drink lot of water avoid spicy food, smoking, alcohol, keep your stress level low, have hot drinks try honey at bed time, second generation antihistamine levocetrizine would be great choice start it 5 mg three times in day every thing will be okay have nice day.
