Feeling Tired From Lower Back & Leg Also Noticed Sinus Infection After Quitting Smoking
I quit smoking 2 months ago and have seen my doctor because I have a funny dizzy feeling that happens several times a day and now the back of my lower legs feel tired and achey. He diagnosed me with chronic sinus infection and done a ekg and said it was normal.
Chronic smoking damages respiratory tract which increases chances of developing recurrent respiratory tract and sinus infection, even after several months after quitting smoking.
Currently dizziness in your case is not related to smoking cessation as nicotine withdrawal lasts for only few days. It can happen due to sinus infection or spread of infection in ear/brain. It is better to seek urgent consultation from ENT specialist.
