Dear Sir,
I am Swapnil and my age is 24 now, weight is 45 kg and height is 168 cm. I used to masturbate daily at the age of 12-15. Now i feeling very dizzy and weak after masturbate for next 2 days and some headache. now days I masturbate only once in Month . I visited two sexologist but still same problem here. My weight is also not increasing. Please give mi some solutions.

Your weight and masturbation may actually not be very related. It could be necessary to know if you are facing any other health issues or not. Any notion of chronic fever, lymph node enlargement, malaise, excessive urination? What about your appetite and diet. It could be more interesting to visit the internist to ensure that you have no organic or chronic condition that might be related to inappropriate or inadequate weight gain. Thereafter if excluded, nutritional advice could then be sought.
