Hello,
Felling week and lightheaded ness can be because of your low blood sugar level( hypoglycemia ).This level of 4.1 corresponds to blood sugar levels of app. 74 mg.
Although hypoglycemia is said to occur if blood sugar levels are below 70 but many people can get symptoms at even slightly more high levels,as in you.
You must consult your doctor to check for diabetes, although there are various other conditions also which can result in low blood sugar levels like some liver ailments, alcohol abuse, pancreatic conditions etc.
Thanks
