Feeling Weak, Tired, Appetite Loss, Queasy. Negative Pregnancy Test. What Is Wrong With Me?

I have been feeling very weak, tired, loss of appetite and queasy. I took two pregnancy test within 2 weeks and they were negative.
I am a special ed teacher and work 30 minutes from where I live. I have 3 kids, 5,3 and 8 months. My husband is a manager and rarely home. I am back in school and I'm not sure what is wrong with me.

I think you are suffeing from some vitamin or mineral deficiency which might be causing reduction in blood hemoglobin which is giving the complains of tiredness and loss of appetite.
You are advised to have proper diet and supplementary nutrition to prevent any vitamin deficiency.
You are also advised to have general medical checkup to see for any obvious cause.

You need proper clinical examination and investigations.

Investigations include routine hemogram,RBS,LFT,RFT,Lipid profile, Ultrasound of abdomen,Further investigations can be done if needed.

Your problem may be due to various reasons. It may be due to anemia, mineral or vitamin deficiency.So,you should take multivitamins, iron and calcium tablets empirically along with nutritious diet.

Proper treatment can be done after clinical examination and investigation reports.
