Feels Anxiety, Abdominal Pain, Constipation. Treatment For Tenesmus?
what are some treatments (medicine etc.) for tenesmus? I only feel the effects when i leave my home which leads me to believe its anxiety related. I have had constipation on and off for the past 6 months or so. No abdominal pain , no bleeding, no pain what so ever, just feeling that urge to go, even after emptying the bowels.

I really appreciate your concern this is all happening to you because of the anxiety and depression if I would be your doctor then I would treat you with the following medicine
1) Tab Amitriptyline one tab twice in day
