Feels Like Loose Skin In The Throat Which Hurts While Swallowing
When i drink at night from a bottle I have to lift my head up and back, but when I do and swallow at the same time it hurts and I fell like there is something in my throat that is a loose skin. Besides, I always spit up some smelly granules frim my throat. Should I worry and see a doctor?

Yes i think you should meet your doctor, i think you may be having a tonsil infection or a small diverticula from your throat which is causing the symptoms. Your ent doctor will do an endoscopy on you and look for the cause of your pain and guide you further.
Mean while you can start salt water gargles.
