Feels Strange Head And Tightness In Chest At Night, Abnormal, Sharp Pain In Head. Is It Anxiety?

My head often feels strange, and I feel a tightness and strange feeling in my chest area. I overall just feel abnormal. I don't always feel this way, mainly just at night. No physical pain in my chest, just a weird tight feeling, and my head sometimes will get a short strike of pain then it will go away. I have looked online, and I am thinking it may be anxiety, but I am just scared I wont live through the night sometimes. Any suggestions? I'm only 14 years old.
