Fell Down And Mouth Hurt And Developed A Lump In Upper Front Of Gum Next To The Chipped Tooth.

Recently after getting out of the shower I slipped and fell. I ended up falling on my mouth, I chipped one of my front tooth and busting my lip. It's been 3 weeks since that happened, I noticed a week after I fell that I had developed a bump or ball in the upper front side of my gum of where my chipped tooth is located.

Thanks for asking the query,

Visit to Dentist and get an x-ray done.
Root canal treatment can be performed on the broken tooth.
Antibiotics and analgesics course is required.
Take lukewarm saline rinses at home.
