I fell on the floor from a standing position on the bed.. The fall was a Hard hit.. Butt was numb for a few minutes ..couldn't get my breath for a few seconds & had to be helped up.. Buttocks are painful when sitting or attempting to get up from a seating position.. also painful if I "move in the wrong way.. Painful to walk @ times. Any suggestions? Thanks
The pain is attributable to bone & soft tissue injury after the fall (as mentioned in your post). Kindly take analgesics like Diclofenac+ apply muscle relaxant gel. You can also apply ice over the area. The pain will take some time to relieve.
If it still persists, kindly get X ray of both Hip joint done to rule out any fracture. There is no need to worry, you will be fine. Wishing you a good health Take care.
