Felt Heart Jump Right From Chest Then Started Feeling Anxious, Hot Temperature, Heart Palpitated Hard , No Sleep. Heart Attack?
hi I had the scariest experience last night, I felt my heart just jump right our for a few seconds from my chest then started feeling anxious, literally hot temperature and then my heart just palpitated hard that I can feel it all through out my body and was not able to sleep early.. I felt I was going to have an heart attack ..what could it be?
Your symptoms palpitations and anxiety, that caused disturbed sleep. I would suggest to visit a Physician/Cardiologist to get examined and get an ECG to know the cause which can be easily detected by this simple investigation even you can go to ER of hospital.
If this is normal then further tests can be planned depending on your requirement.
Treatment depends on cause and simple anti anxiety prescription may be given to you.
Later on if required 2 D echocardiography and Tread mill test can be performed to rule out any significant heart problem. This should help you.
Take care. Good Luck. Dr.A.Dubey M.D.
