Fever, Frequent Bowel Movements, Blood In Stool. Taking Medications. Diet To Be Followed?

Iam 24 male and had frequent bowel movements with little fever 3days ago..but the stool wasnt loose..but was flaky..the next day i got similar stool but with little blood maroon dark..i went to the doctor and was given metrogyl400 thrice a day, e-sylate 250mg,zerodol p, rantac..i have finished the 3day medication ...i have a mild headache now+ stool is still flaky with no blood..what food shall i eat? what had happnd to mee?

Hi probably you had an colonic infection (colitis ) possible to have amoebic infection
but looks you are getting better if not get you stools examined
It may take some time for stools to normalise
Avoid eating outside and drink hygenic water
Otherwise no other dietary restriction is required
