Fever, Joint Pains, Groin Pain. What Is The Cure?

everyday i wake up with fever , joint pains. sometimes the joint pains can be very severe. i also have been having groin pain in the right side with certain movements. this has been going on for sometime. now it seems like it is starting in the left. these fevers and joint pains started after i started working night shift
