Fever, Rashes. Given Antibiotics. What Is The Lump Under Earlobe?

My six month old got a fever that lastd one day and on that same day a rash appeared on his left ear behind it and on his lobe it has been a week and it does not go away I just took him to his doctor and he said it looks like something bit him he gave him an antibiotic and a cream but now I noticed a lump under the ear lobe I am so scared please help

Hi, it appears that the baby has a rash first probably due to a bite. And it would have got secondary infection, by bacteria resulted in fever.
The lump could be a lymph gland due to infection.
I advise you to consult a childrens specialist for diagnosis and treatment.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe ofloxacin, ornidazole, and paracetamol.
