General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello. The hair loss is a pathology associated with increased levels of androgens. To treat hair loss are used drugs with anti-androgenic effects.
Gynecomastia, impotence, decreased libido are common side effects of antiandrogenic drugs but in adequate doses these effects are minor and are also reversible adverse effects when you stop taking the drug.
Follow the recommendations of your doctor and consult him if these
effects are importants.I wish you good health.
