Finding Difficulty In Walking Due To Pain Caused By Doing Side Splits
Last night, I was not very stretched out and did the side splits, and heard a very big popping noise. It hurt really bad and this morning I can still barely walk and the pain is still persistent. It s at the top of my inner thigh toward the back. What should I do?
