Flesh Sticking Out From Anal Canal, Caused By Constipation. Treatment?

this is very embarrassing i am sorry that you have to see this but a couple of months ago i realized that there is a flesh sticking out from my anal canal. it does not hurt but it is just annoying and upsetting. i think it might have been caused from constipation but i am not sure. please help. what can be done. i do not want anyone to see it. :(

It could a sentinel pile,a skin tag.
IT is due to passage of hard stools.
The stools should be soft.You should take high fiber diet,plenty of liquids.
IF it has come out and not going inside,you have to consult a surgeon and get it removed.It will not heal with medicines at that stage.
