the symptoms of fatigue;headache;mood swings can be pre-menstrual;but implantation bleeding is not a flu or pre-menstrual.Secondly nausea;changes in breast;frequent urine;&odd food craving go more in favour of pregnancy than pre-menstrual.Get a urine pregnancy done to rule out pregnancy then may be take medicines after consulting a doctor.Please go to a doctor o that proper diagnosis & treatment is done.
