Foam Comes Out Of Mouth And Snoring While Sleeping. Diabetic. Sweating On One Side. Remedy?

while sleeping sometims foam comes out of mouth . my age is 40 and i have diabetes. and i also face problems with one side sweat over my body.if right side is given pressure..left side it sweats and vice versa.i hav a sound sleep sometimes but my family members and repeatedly reporting about my snoring and white foam.i am using medicines for diabetes and i continue eating normal food without diet.please suggest me with the probable reasons for the above.

From the details produced,its clear that you have the habit of mouth breathing.
Incomplete lip or mouth closure also can cause foam in mouth.
I would suggest you to visit a dentist and get your breathing pattern evaluated.
Habit breaking appliances can be used to treat this problem.
Since you are diabetic,strict diet control has to be maintained.
This will help you out to lower the dose of antidiabetic drugs taken gradually.
